We’re excited to welcome Lake Jiu Jitsu’s students and instructors — including Timothy and Valerie Carrico — to Gracie Charlottesville this October. Lake’s current location closes October 5, then their team begins training with us. More coaches, a stronger competition program, and continued growth of our women’s programs.
