We’re excited to welcome Lake Jiu Jitsu’s students and instructors, including Tim and Valerie Carrico, to Gracie Charlottesville. Lake’s location closed October 5, and their team now trains with us. That means more coaches, a stronger competition program, and continued growth of our women’s programs.

Gracie Charlottesville is a self-defense academy built on grappling and striking: traditional Gracie-style Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and high-level Muay Thai, plus Wrestling, Judo, and Yoga, with MMA for experienced members (requires approval). Find us in Seminole Square Shopping Center at 381 Hillsdale Drive, Charlottesville.
